Ancillary Service Endorsements

Mail Stamp

When doing Standard Mail (bulk mail) the mail must meet Move Update Requirements. There are various ways to achieve this.

  • The mail can be run through NCOA which is online address validation.
  • Use an endorsement such as “To Our Neighbors”, “Current Resident” or such.
  • Ancillary service endorsements such as:

Change Service Requested
Separate notice of new address or reason for nondelivery provided (address correction fee charged). Piece disposed of by USPS.
